Refund policy

At Lunefia, we want every night to feel better than the last. If The Lune Mask 3.0 isn't right for you, we'll make it easy to send it back.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in like-new condition: clean, undamaged and free from stains, odors or signs of heavy wear.
  • Please return the mask with its storage bag and original packaging whenever possible.
  • All returns must be requested by email at lunefia.official@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Once your return is approved, we'll reply with return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the credit.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Original shipping is free, so there is nothing to deduct for it.

Bundles

If you bought a 2-pack or 3-pack, you can return some or all of the masks. Partial returns are refunded at the per-mask price you paid for the bundle.

Exchanges

The easiest way to get something different is to return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that are damaged through misuse, heavy wear or improper washing
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
